An AI sculpt coach for hypertrophy. Programs adapt to your recovery — sleep, HRV, resting heart rate — read from whichever wearable you already wear. Apple Watch, Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Polar, Coros, Suunto, Wahoo, Fitbit, Amazfit, Withings.

What it is

SCVLPT is an iOS coach built around the question most fitness apps skip: are you actually recovered enough to train hard today? The answer lives in your recovery data — and most apps only read their own brand of watch.

SCVLPT sits on HealthKit as the input layer. Every wearable that writes to HealthKit feeds the coach. The coach then generates phase-aware programs, adjusts loads when you under- recover, and prescribes the next set in real time with a voice cue if you want one.

Underneath: a multi-tool agent loop on Claude, a hypertrophy knowledge base built from published exercise science, and a progressive-overload engine that respects sleep, HRV, and resting heart rate before it respects last week's PR.

Status

Code-complete for v1. Currently on TestFlight, in audit-and- polish before App Store submission.

The cross-wearable detection layer is shipped. Live Activities rest timer, mid-set voice cues, persona-mapped coaches, and Apple + Google sign-in are all in build.
